  1. Take 1 to 2 cups of water in a pot along with cinnamon stick, ginger & ajwain.. boil it and then let it simmer on low flame until water turned yellowish.
  2. Now in a cup add turmeric powder, black pepper, honey & lemon juice.
  3. Pour the prepared tea directly to the cup placing strainer in between to strain ajwain, cinnamon and ginger.
  4. Now add virgin coconut oil in it and mix it well.. have this tea on empty stomach… preferably 30 mins before your breakfast.
