  15. Get 1-2 cardamom

  17. Get 1/2 cup mint leaves
  18. Prepare 100 gms potato
  19. Make ready 100 gms purple yam
  20. Take 2-3 onion
  21. Get 1 tomato
  22. Take 2 tbsp Green peas
  23. Take As required Oil for fry
  24. Take For puri:-
  25. Get 2 cup wheat flour
  26. Prepare to taste Salt
  27. Get 3 tbsp Oil
  28. Take 1 bowl mango pulp
  29. Take 1 tbsp cream (malai) gud keiry aachaar to serve
  30. Get As required Fried chanadal muthiya to serve
Instructions to make Authentic Gujarati Thali:
  1. Wash and soak chana dal3-4hrs. And grind thick in consistancy. Peel potato and purple yam and make round pieces.
  2. Now heat oil in a cooker. Add bay leaf cinemom stick cardamom black pepper saute add finely chopped 2onion 1tsp.ginger garlic paste 1tsp. Green chilli paste. Add salt 1tsp. turmeric powder saute till onion look transparant. Add grated tomato pinch soda stir well. Add1/2glass water stir and make 2whistle.
  3. Mean while take grinded batter in a paraat add 1pc.finely chopped onion salt turmeric powder garam masala red chilli powder 3tbsp. Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp. Red chilli powder.1tsp oil pinch soda Finely chopped mint leaves. Mix well. And make balls(muthiya) and fry in golden brown colour. Muthiya is ready.Fry round cut potato and purple yam.
  4. Now open cooker transfer in a big vessel add 1glass water again and bring it to boil. Add cumin coriander powder round cut potato round cut purple yam fresh green peas and fried chanadal balls. Cover and cook for 5-7min.lastly add garam masala Tapeli nu shaak is ready. Garnish with mint leaves.
  5. Take wheat flour in a paraat add salt and oil for moin and knead tight dough. Leave it for 10-15min Roll puri and fry.
  6. For Mango ras :-Take kesar mango and make aam ras serve with malai (cream). Serve gud keiry aachaar.
