- Soak daal in water for 2 hours.
- Grind in mixture. Add all masalas.
- Make balls out of it.
- Fry it in hot oil on medium flame.
- Wash and chop onion and potatoes.
- In a pan take oil. Add mustard, cumin, asaefotida. Once mustard splutters add onion, potatoes and tomato
- Saute for a while and add all masalas. Roast it for 2-3 minutes. Add water and cook it for 10-12 minutes.
