  2. When everything comes together, cover it and keep it for 10 minutes.
  3. After 10 minutes, divide the mixture into a equal lemon sized balls.
  4. Pat with flour and make it a round shape.
  5. When the tawa is hot, put these parathas one by one turning sides and adding ghee on it.
  6. Enjoy it with any curry or just with pickle/curd.

This stir fry has some indian seasoning in them which not only makes it super fragrant but adds nice crunch to the dish. Squeeze the excess water from the cabbage. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and knead into a soft dough, using very little water.
