  3. Heat 1 tbsp oil on skillet with medium fire. Saute garlic, shallot, and cayenne pepper until fragrant. Add water spinach and water. Cook it for 3 minutes then add oyster sauce, mushroom stock, shrimp paste, palm sugar, salt and white pepper. Mix it well until it cooked for 5 minutes. Test the taste, add more salt if needed
  4. Sauteed Water Spinach is ready to serve ✨

Put in water, tomatoes & water spinach. Cook for awhile & then stir in tempeh. Directions Sauté garlic, shallots & chilies until wilted & then add in other seasoning, spices & water. Add in water spinach, peeled shrimps (fried tofu slices) & tomato; stir until the water spinach & shrimps are cooked. Sautéed Water Spinach & Tofu (Tumis Kangkung & Tahu) Well it's time for dinner.
