Instructions to make Chole Puri:
  1. Boil overnight soaked white chane..with salt..big Elaichi..clovers.and tejpatta
  2. After 4 whistle.off the gass.
  3. Make tadka..
  4. Take Twospoon oil in a pan.
  5. Add chopped ginger.
  6. Saute till light brown…add finally grinded tomatoes.
  7. Sim the gass when tomatoes leave the oil.
  8. Add boiled chana.
  9. Saute untill mix well.
  10. Add boiled water stir on high flame for 5 minutes.
  11. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
  12. Garnish with Chery tomatoes and coriander leaves
  13. Serve with poori.
