  1. In a pressure cooker add soaked chole with 2cups of water and salt as per the taste and cook till 4-5 whistle.

Now in a bottom vessel pan add oil as oil heats add jeera then add onion cook it till it turns golden then add all dry masala and ginger garlic paste mix them together then add tomato pure mix it cook it for 5min then add chole along with water mix it if required salt add it. And cook it for 15-20min on low flame after 20min add chopped corriender leaves and turn of the gas.
  3. For puri. In a bowl add all the ingredients and 2tbsp oil make a hard dough. Let it rest for 5min make small balls out of it. Meanwhile keep oil for heating. Roll puri by applying oil. (here we are not using flour for dusting we are using a drop of oil on both side of ball then rolling it)fry them till golden colour on both the side. Serve hot with chole. Garnish it with onion, lemon slice and corriender leaves.
