  1. Soak chickpeas whole night in water. Boil it in cooker up to 6 -7 whistles to become soft, sieve it's water after boiling.
  2. Take all veggies. cut it and made a paste of it except tomato in mixing jar.
  3. Take a pan, add oil, cumin seeds, mustard seeds and made a tadka and add the paste of onion and ginger garlic paste. Add all masale in low flame.
  4. Cut all the tomato and make a puree of it. Add tomato puree in the pan. Add sieved water of chickpeas in the pan that's useful for gravy.
  5. Add chickpeas in gravy and cover with a lid for 5 minutes.
  6. Add chola masala and mix it well. Our chole is ready.
  7. Serve with Puri.
