  6. Prepare 1 bag of mexican shredded mix cheese

  10. Get 1 tbsp dried chives flakes
  11. Take 2 tbsp parsley flakes
  12. Take 1 cup mayonnaise
  13. Get 1/2 cup sourcream
  14. Prepare 1/2 cup grated oaxaca cheese
  15. Make ready 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  16. Make ready 1 envelope knorr vegtable seasoning

To make this creamy dip, you will need jalapenos (raw or from a jar), cream cheese, artichoke hearts, shredded mozzarella and Greek yogurt. You will also need a food processor (but a blender can work too!). And don't forget some lovely snacks to use as vessels for the dip - like my easy air fryer tortilla chips. Fold in artichokes, mozzarella, green onions and jalapeno.

  1. preheat oven to 375
  2. drain spinach well add to a bowl, chop all items needed add to bowl with all seasonings. Drain & wash your artichokes, chop & add to bowl.add in 1/2 bag of cheese, parmesan cheese, oaxaca cheese, mayo, sour cream,& diced green chilies mix well. I used a deep dish pie pan but u can use any size casserole dish.
  3. top with last of mixed cheese, & sprinkle with paprika. Bake 25-30min
