  5. Further add dry spices combine well and add tomatoes paste. Roast until it's become soft.
  6. Now add required water, add also boiled chole, slits of green chillies.
  7. Simmer 10 mins or as per require gravy.
  8. Finally ready chole serve Puri.

Melt the butter in a heavy bottom pan over medium heat. Increase the heat to medium high and bring it to boil. Drain the water and rinse once again and pressure cook the Chole with the tea bag , cloves, cardamom, bay leaf and some salt until it is cooked soft and slightly mushy.let the pressure release ,open the lid and slightly mash it with a masher or a spoon. Sev puri is spicy, sweet and tangy to taste with so many different textures and tastes mingling in your mouth. It is easy to assemble Sev puri. just that some of the ingredients need to be prepped up before you start assembling them.
