Puree spinach in a food processor or blender until smooth. Add water as needed to reach desired consistency; use breast milk or formula in place of water for a creamier texture. To make spinach puree, take a bunch of spinach and get cut of the the stems and discard them.; Roughly chop the leaves and wash thoroughly under running water or in a bowl full of water. Boil vesselful of water and add salt to it.

Instructions to make Spinach Purée:
  1. Peel and dice your potatoes. Put them in a big pot, completely submerged in cold salted water. Bring to a boil. Cook for about 15 minutes
  2. Then add your frozen spinach to the pot and bring back up to the boil. Cook for about 7 minutes
  3. Take off heat and drain. Season with salt, pepper, chili powder, a glug of olive oil and italian seasoning. Blend the spinach and potatoes into a creamy purée. Serve warm

To make spinach puree, take a bunch of spinach and get cut of the the stems and discard them.; Roughly chop the leaves and wash thoroughly under running water or in a bowl full of water. Boil vesselful of water and add salt to it. Puree the mixture until smooth and reduced and then add the remainder of the spinach, water and continue to blend. Drain the spinach in a colander or large sieve, pressing with back of a spoon. The spinach doesn't need to be completely dry.
