In a wide bowl, sift the maida and wheat flour. To this, add sooji, Oil, salt and curd. Oil and curd should spread well with flour and the mixture looks crumbly.   1. For puri- Mix all ingredients make a dough. Keep aside for 20 minutes.
  2. Boil the soaked chole with salt and turmeric
  3. Heat the oil in a pan. Put cumin seed and bay leaves add onion saute for few minutes.add ginger garlic paste. Saute for 5minutes. Add tomato puree cook for 2-3minutes add all dry spices. Saute for a minute.put boiled chole cook for 5 minutes. Serve it with puri.
  4. Heat the oil in pan. Make small ball and roll it. Deep fry in pan. Serve it hot with chole.
