Instructions to make Colourful Uttapam:
  1. Heat nonstick Dosa tava and spread dosa batter on slow flame.
  2. Mix carrot, tomato, red garlic Chutney and cheese spread in one bowl and onion, grated cheese and cheese spread in another bowl. Now first spread orange colour stuffing first leaving white portion of cookpad logo now spread white stuffing in center logo and cook crispy on slow flame applying ghee.
  3. Take ready cookpad pad logo Uttapam in aplate draw border of white portion with soya sauce and serve in a plate and garnish with letters cookpad -3 cooked from dosa batter.

The uttapam result purely depends on batter 🙂 If its fluffy and light, you get best crisp golden uttapam. Also cast iron dosa pan or indolium works best. This makes rava uttapam soft and fluffy. Here I have topped them with mixture of onion, tomato and capsicum. Instead of sprinkling them on top, you can mix that in batter just like we do for cheela or puda.
