  1. In a pan heat ghee. Add asafoetida and cumin seeds and saute for a minute. Now add chopped onion and saute till onion gets translucent.

  3. Stir it well and mess them properly. Now add all masala powder, salt and sugar. Add some water and stir it until water evaporates. Now add cooked dal in it and mix well. Bring a boil and cook for few minutes on low flame. Turn off the gas and keep aside.
  4. Mix salt and pepper in curd and mix well. Keep aside.
  5. In a serving plate put 2 fry roti and crust them. Now pour 2 ladles of dal fry. Put 2 tbsp curd over it. Put tamarind chutney, green chutney and red chilli sauce. Enjoy hot….
