It is easy to prepare and kids also will love it. Though I have prepared using sweet corn, you can use ordinary corn kernels also.

  1. In leftover idli batter, mixing bowl add all mentioned ingredients. Mix well.
  2. Grease appe pan cavities with little oil. Pour 2-3 tbsp of prepared batter into each cavity. Cover and cook until lower side turn crispy golden brown. Flip and cook until lower side turn crispy golden brown.
  3. Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Corn Capsicum Appe with tomato ketchup and green chutney.

It is easy to prepare and kids also will love it. Though I have prepared using sweet corn, you can use ordinary corn kernels also. Slice the corn kernels from the ear in a large, deep bowl with a sharp knife. Turn the knife to the dull side and scrape the cob all the way down to remove all. Stand the corn in a wide bowl or pie plate on the flat end.
