  22. Get 2-3 Garlic cloves
  23. Prepare 2 spoons dahi
  24. Prepare 1/4 cup coriander leaves
  25. Get 7-8 curry leaves

  27. Take 2 spoons roasted chana daal
  28. Get For tomato chutney-
  29. Prepare 3 Chopped tomatoes
  30. Make ready 1 chopped onion
  31. Take 1/4 cup chickpeas
  32. Make ready 2 spoons urad dal

Steps to make Idli Sambhar:
  1. For making sambhar, boil vegetables and toor dal in pressure cooker. Chopped tomato and onions. Take pan add oil and put it on flame. Add split mungbean and Curry leaves. Now add tomato and onions. Saute for 5-10 minutes. Add salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, sambhar masala. Saute for another 5 minutes. Meanwhile, smash toor dal and vegetables with blender (in cooker). Now add water in toor dam and vegetables (in cooker) and put on flame to boil. Add sauted tomato and onions into cooker.
  2. To make idli, first preheat steamer. Now add salt and little bit water in batter. Grease idli dish. Pour batter into it. Steam for 10-15 minutes.
  3. To make chutney, mix all ingredients of chutney and grind them in mixer. For tempering, heat oil and add mustard seeds, split mung bean and Curry leaves. After spluttering pour on chutney.
  4. To make tomato chutney, mix all the ingredients of tomato chutney and roast them for 10-15 minutes. Now blend all the ingredients in mixing jar with adding water.
