  1. For dal vada: soak for 4 hrs remove half of the whole and remaining grind without water. Remove it in a mixing bowl add cumin seeds, chopped onions, curry leaves, chillies and coriander if u like add salt then mix the whole dal and prepare flatten patties and deep fry
  2. For dosa: soak rice and urad dal seperately for 7hrs and grind it seperately wth using water then mix together and adjust water and let it ferment overnight while using the batter add water and salt ur batter is ready for making dosa.. in a pan spread batter and make dosa sprinkle oil and cook both sides
  3. For sambhar: in a cooker till 2 whistle cook tuvar dal n veges of ur choice n add n keep aside n keep ready jaggery n tamarind pulp.. use warm water to make the pulp.. den in a pan take 1 tsp oil road mustard seeds, curry leaves, onion, 1 by one all ingredient dry roast n let it cool den grind it in a sauce pan take some oil add mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, dry red chilli, curry leaves saute nicely den add masala paste let it cook nicely then add veges n dal with water adjust salt n later
  4. Add jaggery tamarind paste, add sambhar masala powder or gun powder if u have.. cook till it boils your sambhar is ready… while cooking veggies add tomatoes also
  5. For chutney: grind all ingredients listed wth water and give tempering
