  6. Finally add grated paneer and mix well. Our Momo stuffing is ready. Cool this mixture completely.
  7. Divide the dough in equal portions. I could make 20 moms out of this dough. Roll small puri's out of the dough using maida for dusting. Keep the puri's thick from the centre.
  8. Take the puri in your hand place a teaspoon of stuffing in the centre and shape the puri into dumplings.
  9. Likewise prepare all the dumplings in desired shape and keep them covered over a dry dusted plate.
  10. These can be steamed in a cooker or in a microwave. I used my idli stand for this. I greased the idli plates with some oil and placed the momos in it.
  11. Cook on high flame for 5 minutes and on medium flame for 10 minutes. Momos are ready to serve.
