  1. یہ تمام اشیاء ککر میں ڈال کر15 منٹ پریشر دیں.اتنا پانی ڈالیں کہ ساتهہ ہی خشک ہو جائے(کم ازکم ڈھائی گلاس پانی).پانی رہ گیا ہے تو خشک کر لیں. - چاپر میں گرم گرم سے یہ آسانی سے پس جاتا ھے
  2. اب پسند کے مطابق درمیانے سائز کے کباب بنا کر فرائی کرلیں - انڈے دو (بیٹ کر لیں)(شامی کباب پر لگا کر تلنے کے لئیے) - خیال رھے کہ تلتے ھوئے آنچ درمیانی رکھیں اور گھی یا تیل بہت کم کم نہ ڈالیں - نہ مسلسل پلٹتے رھیں کہ وہ ٹوٹ جائیں.
