  3. Burn all the water with constant stirring.
  4. Let the mixture cool.
  5. Then in a chopper make a smooth mixture of daal and meat.
  6. In a large bowl,take kabab mixture, coriander leaves,garam masala,onion and 1 beaten egg.mix well.
  7. Make disc shaped kabab from the mixture.
  8. Beat remaining eggs with salt and red chilli powder.
  9. Dip each kabab in egg.
  10. Fry each kabab in oil until gilden brown.
  11. Serve hot.
