  6. Heat oil 2tbs add mustard seeds when it splutter add curry leaves chopped green chilli onion ginger garlic paste stir and cook till raw smell goes add tomato a sauté for one minute and add salt red chilli powder and tomato purée mix cut iddlies and slowly mix masala all over the iddli
  7. Serve with coconut chutney taste is really delicious
