Shami kabab is mainly made of beef, split chickpea, eggs, herbs, and loads of spices. All ingredients are grounded together to form a dough-like mixture from which small kababs are rolled out.   4. Then put in chopper and chop
  5. Now add chopped onion
  6. Corriender, mint, chopped green chillies roasted cumin and simple cumin… Beside this add cornflour in egg and beat it well
  7. Then add it in the batter of kababs and mix then make kababs and freeze them
  8. Then shallow fry them and serve…
