If kulfi molds and sticks are not available, kulfi can also be prepared in a baking dish and cut it into individual square portions after thawing kulfi for at least ten to fifteen minutes (remember that kulfi is slow to melt).

Mango kulfi:

  1. Boil the milk on slow flame till it reduces. keep stirring constantly.Add 3/4 tablespoons of sugar and let it boil again.
  2. Now add the soaked saffron and keep stirring..Grind the Almonds and pistachios to a fine paste and add to the milk
  3. Now keep stirring constantly as it may stick to the bottom of the vessel.. This step is very important.Let it reduce to a thick consistency..Switch off the gas let the mixture cool..take two tablespoons of fresh cream and whisk it for 5/10 mins and now add to the cooled milk
  4. Take the pulp of the mangoes.Take a mixer jar add the pulp And the cooled milk and just pulse it one or twice so that the milk and pulp mix well
  5. Now ready to go in Kulfi molds. Keep in the freezer for almost 8 hours..Mango kulfi is ready to serve..Serve chilled 😊

Kulfi is often prepared in individual portions on sticks like traditional ice cream. If kulfi molds and sticks are not available, kulfi can also be prepared in a baking dish and cut it into individual square portions after thawing kulfi for at least ten to fifteen minutes (remember that kulfi is slow to melt).
