  7. Add another small knob of butter or top and serve as it melts in,
  8. Can add grated or shaved parmesan on top

Warm a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil to it. Then, add in the onion and let that cook, while stirring occasionally, for about ten minutes or until the onions begin to brown. Add zucchini; season with salt and pepper. With a slotted spoon, transfer zucchini to a plate.
