  3. Now add the rice in the milk and allow to boil for 30 mins, now add sugar and khoya in it and cook for more 15 mins. Now cool it.
  4. Now take some paper cups and put a layer or mango pure in it and cover with foil and freeze it well.
  5. After this take phirni and make the layer of it, with this incert the wooden stick in it and again cover with foil and freeze it.
  6. Repeat the step with mango puree againand freeze it well. Your Ice cream is ready to serve like Lollipops.
  7. Another way or serving it is by layering it in a glass and then freezing it and serving in it.

Rice: Basmati rice is recommended for making phirni because it's more fragrant than the other varieties. As fresh Mangoes are available in the market now, this Mango flavored Ice Cream is a must to make for your everyday indulgence.
