  4. After 5 minutes the lachcha will become almost transparent due effect of sugar syrup.You can see it by holding in two iron skewers again. Let all sugar coat on white bottlegourd juliennes by cooking it.
  5. Mix rose water in prepared white bolegourd juliennes for flavor.
  6. Let the Lachcha cool down completely and then mix Sugar Bura with the Lachcha so that all the threads are separated.
