  2. Make ready 2 cup milk

  6. Prepare 1 tbsp custard powder +2 tbsp milk

Steps to make Mango kulfi / icecream:
  1. In a saucepan heat milk. When milk is boiled add milk- custard powder paste in it and boil again.
  2. When milk is reduced add sugar and coconut powder. Simmer it about 5 minutes.
  3. Now gradually add milk powder and stir it constantly. Mix well. Mixture should be lumps free. Boil it again for 5 minutes. Turn off the gas. Keep aside for cool down completely.
  4. In a mixture jar add prepared mixture and mango pulp. Grind it in a smooth paste. Transfer it in a air tight container or kulfi molds and put it in freezer fot 7-8 hours.
  5. Delicious mango icecream is ready to serve. Enjoy chilled.
