  4. Heat oil in pan. Once the oil because hot, pour the medu vada into the hot oil.cook on medium flame. Drain medu vadas on kitchen tissue to remove excess oil.
  5. For sambhar:-. Wash Dal, vegetables and cook in pressure cooker with 3cups water for 3-4 whistles. Take pan. Heat oil. Add hing, jeera,and Rai, add curry parts and dry red chilli. Add ginger garlic.add chopped onion then add tomatoes and drum sticks. Add all masala powder. Sprinkle some water on masala. Fry it nicely on low flame.
  6. Add boil Dall with vegetables mix it add 1 glass of water add salt.add imli pulp and some sugar.cook it for 10 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander.serve it with vada.
