  4. Check that booti & daal tender, if it has remaining water then dry it on high flame..
  5. In chopper, chopped it..
  6. Add 2 tsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, 2 tsp green chillies chopped & few mint leaves & add 1 tsp chat masala mix well with hands..
  7. Now make small kababs & shallow fry it..
  8. Serve it with chapatii..
