  1. Soak chana daal in water for an hour
  2. In a deep pot put 4cup water and put onions, ginger garlic, garam masala sabut, button chillies, bay leaf, zeera, except chana daal, salt and garamasala powder

  4. When beef is half done add chana daal and cook on slow heat.

  11. Add them in mixture add dahi (yougart)
