  2. Break the biscuits into pieces and blend in a blender jar to make powder.
  3. Add 5 tbsp milk in biscuit powder to make biscuit paste.
  4. Heat milk in a pan, lets it boil for 6 mins.on low flame., mix well, add sugar, mix well.
  5. Add prepared biscuit paste, mix well. Cook until thick. Turn off the flame. Lets it cool down.
  6. In a mixer jar, add prepared milk mixture, mango pieces. Blend well.
  7. Add milk powder, blend again. Pour it to air tight container and semi freeze for 4 hrs.
  8. After 4 hrs again blend in a blender jar.
  9. Pour it to the air tight container again and refri gerate overnight. Garnish with raisins. Mango icecream is ready. Enjoy!!!
