  13. Prepare Daal channa

Shami kabab is mainly made of beef, split chickpea, eggs, herbs, and loads of spices. All ingredients are grounded together to form a dough-like mixture from which small kababs are rolled out. The kababs are then dipped in egg wash and shallow fried.   2. Add oil in a pan 2tbsp fry meat in it
  3. Add ginger garlic paste mix well till oil left
  4. Add onion and all spices and zeera
  5. Bring it to boil cook in a low flame when meat 50 percent tender add daal chanawashed cook till meat tender
  6. When it completely tender and water completely dry
  7. Take it out grand it in a chopper
  8. Now add podina and chopped onion in it mix well add egg mix well Now make a shapes of shami kabab
  9. Fry it in a low flame until get cook and get brown
  10. Serve it with raita and chut ney
