Steps to make Momo's (veg):
  1. First knead a dough. Take both flours, add salt and 1 tbsp of oil. Give rest for 1 to 2 hours.
  2. Now take a pan, add 1 to 2 tbsp of oil, add garlic paste and roast it for few seconds.
  3. Now add onions and saute it. Then add other veggies and add salt and cook it till it becomes soft. Dein add soya sauce, chilli sauce and tomato sauce. Dein add black pepper.
  4. Now add boiled noodles and mix it well. Off the flame. Cool down it on room temperature.
  5. Now take dough, make small balls. Dein roll it small rotis and put stuffing and wrapped it in momos shape.
  6. Now fry it or steam it as you like.
  7. Yummy momos ready to serve.
  8. Serve with chutney or sauce.
