  3. Take a pan heat it then add 1 tablespoon oil and add garlic ginger, green chilli, onion,Fry for 1 minute then add cabbage and carrots and just Fry for 1 minute and add black pepper and add salt to taste. And off the flame.. stuffing is very ready cool down…
  4. Take a dough small ball and roll the balls and thin Puri shape.. put 2 tsp stuffing at the centre.
  5. Apply water on the edges fold it like flares. bring all the edges together and seal it…. you can give any shape….
  6. Grease the tin with oil place all the momos in the steaming tin…
  7. Once the water starts by boiling.. place the tin inside and steam for 15 minutes then after 15 minutes remove the lid…
  8. Veg momos are ready serve with momo chutney…
