  1. Make ready 2 cups all-purpose flour
  2. Make ready to Taste Salt
  3. Make ready as required Soyabean chunks
  4. Take 4-5 Chillies
  5. Make ready 15-20 cloves Garlic
  6. Take 2 teaspoons Soya sauce
  7. Take 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  8. Prepare 5-6 dry red chillies
  9. Take 1 small cup mustard oil (to be divided in different processes)
  10. Make ready 2 medium sized onion

Steps to make Schezwan veg momos:
  1. At first knead the flour with salt and little oil, make a dough and put it aside
  2. Now for the stuffings, grind the soybean along with chillies, onion(minced) garlic cloves, chilli powder, black pepper and salt and keep it aside.
  3. With 1/2 teaspoon of oil, cook the grinded stuffings.
  4. Now make small sized momo dough and flatten such that the edges are thin, put the stuffings inside the flattened dough then fold & twist the edges.
  5. Grease the momo plates with little oil and place the momos on it and cover the lid
  6. Now for the chutney, grind the dry chillies, garlic cloves, 2-4 chillies, salt, mustard oil, and little water. Then cook the mixture in hot oil, 1 teaspoon each of put soya sauce, tomato sauce and Chilli sauce and cook it for 2-5 mins. And put it aside
  7. You can also use Schezwan chutney, if you don't have the chutney ingredients !
  8. When the momos are Steamed, Put it aside to cool down, after 1hr hour,deep fry it and keep it aside.
  9. Now Put the chutney on hot pan along with fried momos. And cook for a while. After few minutes hot schezwan momos are ready.
  10. Note: you can use other veggies also instead of soya chunks!
