  13. Get 1 tbsp Red chilli sauce

When the oil is medium hot, drop as many momos as possible in the wok. Fry the momos on medium-low flame until they get golden brown in color from all sides.   1. 👉🏻Mix the flour with 1 tsp salt, oil and chilled water and knead a smooth dough.Cover it with wet cloth and keep aside. - 👉🏻Mix the cabbage, carrot, paneer and grated ginger. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix it well and keep it in cotton/muslin cloth and tightly press from all sides to remive excess water. - 👉🏻Now take a small piece of dough and roll small round shape with a rolling. - Make sure that the edges are slightly thinner than the center.
  2. 👉🏻Put a tablespoon of vegetable mix and fold the round shape into half and twist the edges to seal.Bring all the edges together, to the center by making pleats. Pinch and twist the pleats to secure the stuffing - 👉🏻Put a steamer to boil and grease the steaming tray with oil. Place the momo on the steamer and let it cook for 10-15 min.
  3. 👉🏻Simultaneously, heaa oil in a pan for derp frying. - 👉🏻Fry steamed momos until they turn golden brown. - Remove on kitchen napkin. - 👉🏻Now heat another pan and add 1tbsp oil in it.Add ginger garlic paste and mix vegetable in it. Stir fry for 3 minutes. - 👉🏻 Add all the sauces and vegetable mayonise with littld water and mix well. - 👉🏻Add salt and black pepper powder in it and mix well. - 👉🏻Nowadd fried momos in it and saute for 5 minutes. - Turn off the flame and Garnish with spring onion. - Serve
