  1. In a bowl you can add curd,green chilli,jeera,baking soda, rice flour,. coconut and maida mix continuously and add water and salt. The consistency must be like Vada batter.. rest for 1 hour for batter. Then batter consistency must be fluffy…
  2. In a kadai heat the oil. Take the batter in your hand and put in the oil give the Vada shape and Fry the bonda flip and flip up to the brown colour will appear cook in the low flame.
  3. Mysore bonda is ready.serve with carionder chutney….
