  2. Prepare 1 large onion sliced

  1. Cut liver into small pieces - Heat oil in pressure cooker add onion and cooked till it change the colour in brown.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 to 3minutes.
  3. Now add tomato and green chilli mix well put salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, mutton masala and mix well, if req then add little water.
  4. Add liver in masala and mix it well, cover the pressure cooker lid and cook it on 7 to 8 whistles on low high flame.
  5. Garnish coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati, rice or pav
