  4. Oil garam krain.piyaz bareek chop krky fry krlain.ginger garlic paste dalain.maghz ky illawa sara gosht add krdain aur fry krain jab take colour change hojye. Boil garlic ka pani aur chop tomatoes,lal mirch,haldi,salt,add krky masala bhonain.sary gosht ko mazeed chop krty jain masala bhonty main.katakat ka cutter bhi use krskty hain.
  5. Jab timatar soft hony lagain tu maghaz bhi add krdain.bhonny ky sath maghaz bhi chop hota jye ga.kalimirch powder+zeera powder add krdain.jab oil uper ajye tu qasori methi,hari mirchain haradhania ginger julians garam masala sprinkle krdain.
  6. Mazedar ghar ka katakt tayar hy lemon or naan ky sath serve krain.
