Instructions to make Oats, chochip & raisin cookies:
  1. Mix butter & sugar till creamy.
  2. Add egg & vanilla essence & mix well.
  3. In another bowl, combine oats,flour,salt, cho chip & raisins
  4. Stir dry ingredients into butter mixture & mix well.
  5. Arrange tablespoon of cookie dough for small cookies ,& about 3 tablespoons of dough for large cookie.Flatten dough to 0.5cm for thin, or 1cm for thick cookies , according to preferred choice.
  6. Bake in preheated oven at 180¤C /356¤F for 12-15minutes, til cookies are brown around the edges & firm on top
  7. Makes about 24 small & 12large cookies
  8. Total preparation time ,about 30minutes
