  1. Boil the potatoes and strainit immediately. Take each of the boiled potatoes peel the skin aside and mash it well. And add coriander leaves,2tbsp maida,1tbsp cornflour,crushed black pepper and salt to taste.Mix it well without adding water.
  2. Next Going to make corn flour batter. Take cornflour add 1/2TBSP chilli flakes, add little bit of salt and add some water in this flour and make a smooth batter. It should not to be think.
  3. Take small portion of potato dough press gently place a cheese cubes in the center seal it up and then roll it gently. If it is sticky then you can add some maida for rolling.
  4. Now each of these cheese balls dip it in the cornflour batter that you have prepared early and then coated with bread crumbs and dip again in cornflour batter again coated with bread crumbs. We have to coat the cheese balls for 2times because cheese won't come out. Repeat the same with rest of the cheese balls as well. Freeze it for 1 hour.
  5. Deep fry the cheese balls in a hot oil. Do not cook in slow flame. Once the cheese balls turn into golden brown you can remove them. It takes 2-3 mins for frying.
  6. Now the cheese balls are ready.Serve it hot…..
