  3. Now roll the dough into cylindrical rolls on the wooden board.Make round lumps from each roll.Make a round ball from each lump and apply gentle pressure from one end to make a long strip.From one end of the strip remove the strip with a sharp knife underneath the strip.
  4. Make all the fafda in the same way.
  5. Fry these Fafdais in a hot oil.
  6. Serve the fafda with Papaya Sambaro and Jalebi.
  7. For Papaya Sambharo
  8. Heat a pan.Add hing, mustard seeds and Green chillies cut into half.
  9. Add grated Papaya. Mix it.
  10. Add salt and Haldi powder and mix it well.
  11. Don't over it.
  12. U should feel the crunchiness of the Papaya.
  13. Switch off the gas.
  14. Serve hot with fafda.
